At XSX LTD, we understand that circumstances may change, and customers may need to cancel their services or request refunds. Here's our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Requests

Customers who wish to cancel their services can do so conveniently through our management portal. Upon submitting a cancellation request, the service will be scheduled to terminate at the end of the current billing cycle, effectively discontinuing any subscription automatic renewal charges.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide fair and transparent refund options to our customers. Refunds are generally not issued for cancelled services. However, customers may request refunds for eligible cases, subject to the following conditions:

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted through apply for refunds using our refund request form at https://www.xsx.net/refund.html.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued for the following cases:

Duplicate Payments: In the event of accidental duplicate payments, customers are eligible for a full refund of the duplicated amount.
First-Time Purchases: Orders placed for the first time can be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Subsequent Orders: Orders placed after the first purchase can be refunded within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds for subscription renewals can be requested up to 3 days before the start of the next billing cycle. If eligible, refunds for subscription renewals will be credited back to the customer's account balance.

Non-Refundable Charges

TOS&AUP Violations

Refunds are forfeited in cases of Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) violations.
Refunds are forfeited in cases of Terms of Service (TOS) violations.
Account Termination: Late payment of bills over five days may result in the cancellation and termination of services.
We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time, with or without notice.

Dispute Resolution

Initiating a payment dispute will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility, and no refunds will be provided.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note that services paid for using cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin/USDT) are non-refundable.
